How do I place an order?

Select your product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and complete payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We move fast on our end, so get in touch as soon as possible at hello@dripanddew.com. We'll do our best, but if your order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order goes through. If you don't see it, check your spam folder first. Otherwise, reach out at hello@dripanddew.com and we'll sort it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment options available at checkout. You'll see everything available when you get there.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. We never store your full card details.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide across the Philippines. International shipping isn't available just yet, but we're working on it. Stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Metro Manila & GMA: 1 to 3 business days
Luzon: 3 to 5 business days
Visayas: 5 to 7 business days
Mindanao: 7 to 10 business days
Island areas: 10 to 14 business days

If your order hasn't arrived beyond your expected delivery window, please reach out to us at hello@dripanddew.com and we'll look into it right away.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to your email or via SMS where available.

What if my package is delayed?

Sometimes things outside our control — courier issues, weather, high volume periods — cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out directly at hello@dripanddew.com and we'll look into it for you.

Can I return a product?

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right. Just email us at hello@dripanddew.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and a photo.

How to use our products safely and effectively.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are made with skin compatibility in mind, but everyone's skin is different. We always recommend doing a patch test before full use. Use a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours.

Can I use your products if I have an existing skin condition?

If you're managing a skin condition, check with your dermatologist before adding anything new to your routine. Better safe than sorry.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. We do not conduct animal testing on our finished products.
